Mirai Foundation was born out of a simple but profound observation: millions of talented students in government and rural schools lack the direction and mentorship needed to navigate the complex journey from school to a successful corporate career.
Our goal is to act as a catalyst in this journey. We don't just provide information; we provide hand-holding. From helping a 10th-grade student choose the right stream, to guiding a college student on emerging skills, to preparing a graduate for their first interview — Mirai is there at every step.

Udhayakumar S is a seasoned business leader with over 18 years of experience in banking, insurance, strategic partnerships, business development, and people leadership. Currently serving in a senior leadership role in the financial services sector, he brings extensive expertise in building high-performing teams, driving business growth, developing strategic alliances, and creating sustainable industry ecosystems.
Passionate about education, employability, and entrepreneurship, Udhayakumar has been actively involved in mentoring students, facilitating career readiness programs, and promoting entrepreneurial thinking among young professionals.
